  • FREE SHIPPING ANY WHERE IN NZ
  • Rest of the World: Standard shipping for items depends on weight and package size, calculations will depend on changing freight charges and will be quoted in the shopping cart before the order is placed.
  • Shipping, handling & insurance are not refundable and WHYWHO accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Overseas freight is available and rates are calculated by weight. International shipping is available to most countries. We can not guarantee delays or problems caused by customs/handling. Shipping overseas generally varies from a 3-5 days to a few weeks depending on location. We reserve the right to request extra shipping charge if freight companies charges increase. If extra insurance is required, prices will vary.

Returns Policy

Products purchased on this site can be returned, subject to the following conditions.

  • If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the footwear you have purchased or the footwear does not fit properly please email info@whywho.co.nz within 24 hours of receipt. Please include all details of your transaction. Once you have received a confirmation email to return your goods Please return item to WHYWHO.
  • The goods MUST be returned within 7 days, in the same condition in which they were sent, including appropriate sales tags and box.
  • The cost of returning a product you no longer want (within 7 days) is your responsibility.
  • A web store credit of the purchase value will be made upon receipt of the returned goods by WHYWHO.

Wrong size?

  • You are welcome to return the goods within 7 days if the shoe/boot does not fit. Items must not have been worn any more than to test for size and fit. We will gladly send a new size or credit you to the value of your order.
  • We do not refund but you are welcome to choose another product from our online store or recieve a store credit.
  • Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about  your size. If the sizing doesn’t work for you we can send another size if avalible.

  • whywho accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. All online credit card transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are handled by Westpac bank via Paystation payment gateway.
